Will balances all of the components in a seamless, comprehensive program that
most healthy people can do. Will also provides modifications of exercises to
account for some limitations and restrictions some participants may have.
If you are not able to attend the live session, the session will be in your in your
subscribers account. You’ll be able to log-in and follow the session when you’re ready!
What this is NOT
This is not a muscle pumping class where you do any and all exercise to stimulate muscles for the means of muscle definition and muscle growth. PCM is specific and intentional in exercise selection to balance the body in order to take on proper loads to meet your fitness goals. PCM is a complete and balanced fitness program within itself but should also be a foundation in any program that involves physical activity.
A benefit of the PCM program is muscle definition and growth but is not the main or sole focus. If you have fitness goals that are primarily driven by body image and physical appearance, make PCM your foundation to get it done and get it done correctly.
