PCM is always looking for the opportunity to show and prove our methods and model. PCM was designed to restore proper function in the body through balancing the muscles in the body. Over the course of our lives, our muscle balance gets off because of the way we use our body on a regular bases. Throw in sports, sedentary studying and jobs, etc. and our muscle balance picture is far off than how we started in life as babies. When this balance picture gets off (and much more so as we age) there is a series of compensations that takes place in the body to try to make up for the imbalance. These imbalances and compensations pulls on and alter the way joints are naturally suppose to work. Then the body sets off alarms in the forms of pain and aches to tell us to address the problem. Bandages, tapes and wraps attempts to stabilize the joint (which is why they are temporary solutions) but they never address the root problem.

PCM has found that when you balance work the muscles of the body, their manipulation on joints subside and so does the symptoms of aches and pain. So PCM model is to get you back to the more neutral posture state you started out with and that addresses the pain and daily discomfort.
